Coconut Cloud Pie: April Special

We fill our homemade graham cracker crust with old fashioned coconut custard and pile it high with fresh whipped cream before sprinkling it with handfuls of toasted coconut to create a pie worthy of daydreams.

10" pie generously serves 6-8 people.
