We make delicious quiches year-round, but the flavors vary by season.  Enjoy our "seasonal CSA" quiches made with loads of local produce and our famous all-butter crust.

10" quiche generously serves 6-8 people

• Sausage Sage... sausage, gouda cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and sage: it's a fan-favorite for a great reason!
• Spinach & Feta... sautéed spinach and onions combined with crumbly feta cheese and a dash of red pepper (formerly known as the "Winter Savory" Quiche!)

• Spinach Mushroom Quiche...  a Memphis mash-up! We’ve teamed up with Bluff City Fungi to bring back this fun-tastic quiche. With a medley of locally grown ‘shrooms, baby spinach, parmesan cheese, & a bit of spice, it’s the perfect addition to your brunch or supper spread.
