Thomas is having an "I told you so" moment and well he deserves it. He first asked me to make a homemade version of the commercial favorite oh, say, 3 minutes after the bakery opened. I thought it sounded like a great idea but was a little busy and forgot. He asked again about a year later... and again... and again.
For some reason, I really don't know what, I just kept not doing it. Well, I have FINALLY begun working on a Muddy's version of this delightful classic and so far they've been VERY well received. It appears that y'all agree with Thomas and think that oatmeal cream pies should have been done a long time ago. My apologies for the delay!
